Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms:
- Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They govern your access and use of this Website. By accessing or using this Website, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and to have accepted them in full. These terms of use may be modified by virtual World Accounting Solutions. from time-to-time and posted on this Website.
Payment Terms:
- The client will be invoiced on completion of the work unless otherwise stated in the quotation. VWAS requires the client to pay all invoices within 7 days from the invoice date. Should VWAS be unable to complete the quoted support services within the agreed timeframe due to the client’s inability to supply the necessary documentation or electronic data etc., then VWAS will issue an interim invoice for any work completed to date. The client agrees to pay this amount within 7 days of the invoice date. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque or direct bank wire electronic deposit. We do not accept cash or virtual currency.
Non-payment:
- Customer’s failure to pay an invoice when due shall be a sufficient cause for cancellation of services any Statement of Work by and any service request from client. Provider shall exercise such right of cancellation by submitting a notice for non-payment for to Client via mail which not responded back 3 business days will be assumed as accepted. If Client fails to cure the non-payment within the required 7 day period, Provider shall have the right to cancellation services rendering and any and all Statement of Works/ services requests as of the 7 day after the date of the Non-payment Notice.
Cancellation of Service
- Should the client wish to cancel their quotation acceptance, then VWAS will invoice the client for any work completed to date. The client must advise VWAS by telephone and in writing of the request not to proceed with the work.
Task Completion Timeline
- The timelines decided for the achievement of the task are based on estimations and must not be taken for granted as to any agreed promise. Completing any task on any defined deadline depends on numerous factors such as government norms and third-party merchants. VWAS does not guarantee any such commitment under any such influence. VWAS shall not be responsible for any of your shortcomings or obligations that arise due to your non-compliance or non-availability.
Data Errors & Liability
- VWAS will exercise all due care to ensure that business data is errors free, however will not accept responsibility for data errors provided to VWAS by the client. VWAS will be responsible to correct any errors made by their Team in the course of working. It is essential that the client carries out a full review of their accounts structure and data following the provision of VWAS services. Clients must review all work completed by VWAS within 15 days of it being returned to them and any necessary changes must be brought to our attention immediately. After 15 days no liability for incorrect entering will be accepted by VWAS. VWAS does not accept any responsibility for losses or damage arising from errors initially contained within documentation or electronic data provided by the client.
Limitation Of Liability
- Each party’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the value of services rendered. In no event shall either party be liable to the other, whether in contract or in tort or under any other legal or equitable theory (including strict liability) for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or use or for interrupted communications, incurred by either party in connection with this agreement, even if the other party or any other person has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refund and Cancellation
- You cannot request a refund once the payment is made VWAS shall not be responsible for any discount in the case of termination or non-execution of the contract.

- VWAS assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of documentation or electronic data supplied by the client. VWAS does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through this Website. Any reliance on any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk. VWAS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the site.
